How would I summarize what I read or heard?

So What questions might look like:

What about this matters to me?
What am I telling myself this means?
Why is this relevant to me in this moment?
What feels important to me here?
What difference could this make in my life?

Now What questions might look like:

What do I want to remember from this?
What does this invite me toward?
What do I want to do differently because of this?
What do I want to take away from this?
